Spaces

"Spaces" by Geta Brătescu is a compelling exploration of Abstract forms and spatial relationships, reflecting her versatile practice across drawing, collage, and film. The work embodies elements of Abstract expressionism through dynamic, spontaneous brushwork and layered textures that evoke emotional intensity. Brătescu's use of varied media blurs boundaries, inviting viewers to contemplate the interplay between physical spaces and mental landscapes. As a distinguished Romanian artist, her innovative approach continuously pushes the limits of visual language, offering a rich, multidimensional perspective on the abstraction of space and form.
