Untitled

'Untitled' by Betty Parsons exemplifies Abstract expressionism with its spontaneous, dynamic brushstrokes and emotive intensity. Parsons, a pioneering American gallery owner and supporter of modern art, sought to capture raw, visceral emotions through bold colors and freeform compositions. Her work emphasizes the importance of individual expression, often lacking formal structure to evoke a sense of immediacy and authenticity. As a promoter of avant-garde artists, Parsons's artwork reflects her dedication to pushing artistic boundaries and embracing the spontaneity inherent in Abstract art movements.
