"The Three Graces" is an Oil on Panel by the Italian painter Raphael, housed in the Musée Condé in Chantilly, France. Dating from around 1503-1505, shortly after his studies with Pietro Perugino, this High renaissance work marks a significant development in Raphael’s art, as it is believed to be the first time he depicted the nude female form from both front and back perspectives. As a mythological painting, it portrays the three Graces, symbols of beauty and grace in Greek mythology, exemplifying the elegance and refinement characteristic of the period.
