Landscape in Graubünder with Sun Rays

"Landscape in Graubünden with Sun Rays" is a striking landscape painting that captures the rugged beauty of the Swiss region. The artist employs bold brushstrokes and vivid colors characteristic of Expressionism, emphasizing emotional intensity over realism. The play of sun rays breaking through the mountains adds a dynamic and hopeful atmosphere, while the distorted forms evoke a sense of movement and raw energy. This work exemplifies how Expressionism can transform a natural scene into a powerful emotional experience, blending natural beauty with artistic abstraction.
