Last Judgment

The Last Judgment by Fra Angelico is a masterful religious painting from the Early renaissance period, created around 1425–1431. Commissioned by the Camaldolese Order for Abbot Ambrogio Traversari, it was originally displayed in Santa Maria degli Angeli and now resides in the San Marco Museum, Florence. The painting vividly depicts the scene of the final judgment, blending spiritual themes with the delicate, luminous style characteristic of Fra Angelico.
