Winter Windows

"Winter Windows" by Jane Schenthal Frank is a compelling example of her abstract mixed-media landscape-inspired work that captures the quiet beauty of winter scenes through layered textures and vibrant colors. As a multidisciplinary artist trained by notable figures like Hans Hofmann and Norman Carlberg, Frank's style blends elements of abstract expressionism with her unique textured surfaces and thoughtful compositions. Her skillful use of mixed media evokes a sense of depth and movement, inviting viewers into a contemplative winter vista. The painting exemplifies her ability to fuse multiple artistic disciplines into powerful visual narratives, reflected in her works held by prominent public collections.
