Character

"Character" is a captivating symbolic painting by María de los Remedios Alicia Rodriga Varo y Uranga, a renowned Catalan Surrealist artist. Living in several European cities before her exile to Mexico, Varo’s work often blends dreamlike imagery with intricate symbolism. In "Character," she employs surreal compositions and enigmatic figures that evoke introspection and mystery, hallmark traits of Surrealism. The painting exemplifies her unique ability to create visually compelling and deeply layered works that explore the subconscious and human essence through symbolic representation.
