Snow Castle

The painting titled Snow Castle depicts a whimsical yet dramatic cityscape covered in a thick layer of snow, blending elements of Pop art with surreal textures. Bright, bold colors contrast with the icy landscape, evoking a sense of both charm and disturbance reminiscent of the recent 2024 earthquake near Japan's Noto Peninsula, which caused widespread destruction and tsunamis. The artwork captures the fragile beauty of winter while subtly referencing natural forces’ power, creating a surreal commentary on the coexistence of human creations and nature’s unpredictability.
