Still Life. Samovar.

"Still Life. Samovar." is a captivating still life painting that blends traditional Russian elements with modern artistic movements. The artwork features a carefully arranged samovar, symbolizing Russian cultural heritage, set against a backdrop that hints at Cubism-inspired geometric fragmentation. Through this fusion, the artist explores the coexistence of Russia's rich history—from Imperial Russia and the Russian Tsardom to the Soviet Union and modern Russian Federation—and contemporary art styles. The piece reflects a dialogue between tradition and innovation, capturing the complex identity of Russia's past and present.
