Ammonite

"Ammonite" is a captivating symbolic painting created by Polish artist Jacek Yerka, showcasing his mastery of Surrealism. Part of the collection featured in Mind Fields, it exemplifies Yerka’s intricate and fantastical style, blending detailed imagery with dreamlike elements. The painting's mysterious subject invites viewers to interpret its hidden meanings and symbolism, characteristic of symbolic art. Inspired by Yerka's original work, Harlan Ellison composed a fitting short story, demonstrating the powerful dialogue between visual art and prose storytelling in this unique collaboration.
