New Market Square in Dresden

"New Market Square in Dresden" by Bernardo Bellotto exemplifies his mastery of Cityscape painting, capturing the lively urban scene with meticulous detail. As a renowned vedutista, Bellotto's Oil on Canvas vividly depicts the architecture and bustling activity around Dresden's marketplace, blending his refined Rococo influences with a more somber palette, distinguished from his teacher Canaletto.
