"Saint Anthony and Archangel Michael" are two panel paintings by Filippo Lippi, created around 1445–1450 during the Early renaissance period. Executed in tempera on panel, these works originally served as side panels flanking a now-lost central image of the Madonna and Child. Both paintings exemplify religious religious painting, depicting saintly figures with delicate detail and spiritual reverence. Today, they are housed in the Cleveland Museum of Art, which also has a later copy of the central panel from Lippi’s workshop.
