Himalayas

Nikolai Konstantinovich Rerikh, widely known as Nicholas Roerich, created the captivating painting 'Himalayas', which exemplifies his deep interest in Symbolism and spiritual exploration. His background in landscape painting and fascination with hypnotic, mystical qualities imbue the work with a hypnotic, almost otherworldly atmosphere. The grandeur of the Himalayas is depicted with a sense of reverence and spiritual significance, reflecting Roerich’s belief in the sacred and the mystical. This piece encapsulates his poetic vision, blending nature with the metaphysical in a hypnotic and symbolically rich Landscape.
