Untitled

Georgi Kovachev, an influential Bulgarian artist active in the mid-20th century, created the 1965 work titled Untitled, which exemplifies elements of Expressionism. Kovachev’s technique emphasizes bold brushstrokes and vivid colors, conveying emotional intensity rather than precise representation. The absence of a specific title invites viewers to engage personally with the piece, focusing on form and feeling. Although the artwork does not explicitly reveal its subject, its composition suggests qualities associated with a Portrait, capturing an inner psychological depth through expressive abstraction typical of Kovachev’s era and style.
