Your kingdom come

"Your kingdom come" by Linde Martin (1995) exemplifies her mastery within the abstract art genre, characterized by a compelling fusion of oil paint on linen. Martin’s style is rooted in abstract expression, emphasizing form, color, and composition over representational accuracy. The title suggests a reflection on aspiration, authority, or transcendence, conveyed through her distinctive use of texture, layered brushwork, and vibrant or subdued palettes. Her technique invites viewers to interpret the work beyond literal imagery, engaging with its evocative and contemplative qualities.
